There's still time to bring holiday cheer to a local family in need by donating a turkey to the Newmarket Food Pantry.
You can drop off a turkey or make a $10 donation for the annual turkey drive that continues to Wednesday, Dec. 18.
The food bank provides the turkey pan and fixings, too.
The Newmarket Food Pantry, at 1251 Gorham St., units 8 and 9, is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
You can make a donation online or send an e-transfer to jgoyette@newmarketfoodpantry with the password TURKEY.
Also needed are Christmas turkey dinner fixings, including cranberry sauce, gravy and stuffing.
