Two Spooky Fun events at Black Creek Pioneer Village:
New this year, Haunted Walks will allow guests to retrace the steps of an ill-fated paranormal investigation that previously occurred at the notoriously haunted Half Way House. For those brave enough, The Haunting at Black Creek will explore the darkened hallways and attempt to recreate the events of that terrible night, in the hopes that this time, there will be a much less disturbing result for those involved. Participants must be 18+. Ends Nov. 9.
Returning for its third season, Where Dark Things Dwell is an adventure that brings traditional escape room gameplay to a sprawling, immersive setting. As night approaches, masked cultists begin their sinister work to awaken an ancient evil, and it’s up to you to stop them. You’ll have 90 minutes to explore the village, solve puzzles, interact with over a dozen performers, and unravel the mystery of the curse.
Where Dark Things Dwell is one of the largest escape games in Canada, hosting up to 10 teams of six. It also features a unique form of replayability; you’ll discover different challenges and puzzles every time you return. Do you dare to go Where Dark Things Dwell? Ends Nov. 16.
