A New Ground is a fantastic Celtic-folk collaboration between Claryssa Webb and Ryan Dugal, both talented and trained musicians.

Claryssa is on fiddle and vocals and Ryan guitar and vocals, these two wonderfully combine in vocals and musicianship. Claryssa also plays piano.

With over 100 performances this year already, A New Ground is the group to see and is making an impact in the Canadian music industry. They have packed venues across the country.

A New Ground has fans across Canada and has also developed a fan base across Ontario with sellouts at smaller venues ranging from 150 to 400 audience members per show with waitlists to get in and lineups to buy their EP, including in Sault Ste. Marie, Uxbridge and Newmarket’s own Market Brewing company.

A New Ground performed at Christmas time in Toronto to rave reviews and is currently hitting venues and festivals across Canada, including in Saskatchewan. They are also heading to Calgary for the Stampede.

A New Ground has radio airplay across Canada from their new album, Forge the Sky, with the EP selling out at the end of the first and second tours. They are working on their second EP while printing more of “Forge the Sky”.
