Capturing Comet Neowise over Newmarket

NewmarketToday photographer Greg King turns his lens to the sky to find the rare comet streaking through the sky last week

Streaking across the sky over the Greater Toronto Area, Comet Neowise was captured last week by many professional photographers, including NewmarketToday photographer Greg King.

The comet was named after the NASA Neowise infrared telescope, which was used to discover it in March. It may be visible until early August, and is seen in the northwestern sky below the Big Dipper, according to The Backyard Astronomer Gary Boyle.
