The Town of Newmarket is requesting that you avoid parking on the streets during the day while street sweeping is underway.
The town has hired contractors to clean the streets of winter debris and sand, beginning in the northern portion of town and working their way south.
To provide the sweepers with a clear access, vehicles should not be parked on the road from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sweeping is expected to take up to four weeks to complete, depending on the weather.
