Street racing, stunt driving penalties increased in Highway Traffic Act changes
TORONTO — Drivers charged with street racing or stunt driving in Ontario will face harsher penalties starting today. The changes to the Highway Traffic Act are part of the Moving Ontario More Safely Act, which was signed into law in early June.
