A woman is wanted for concealing alcohol in her purse and stealing it from an LCBO in Newmarket, according to Crime Stoppers crime of the week.
The incident occurred May 14 at the LCBO at 17555 Yonge St. in Newmarket. At about 3:30 p.m., the suspect put some alcohol in her purse and left the store without paying for the product, Crime Stoppers said.
The suspect is described as a white female, aged 35 to 40. She has a thin build, blue hair and tattoos on her upper left chest and right side of her neck. At the time of the theft, she was wearing a black camo baseball cap, light blue jean jacket, light blue jeans, a black t-shirt, red bra, white sandals and carrying a brown purse.
