UPDATE: On April 30, York Regional Police is reporting that Balbir Lasher has been safely located in good health after being missing since April 7.

Investigators with the York Regional Police #1 District Criminal Investigations Bureau continue to seek public assistance to locate a 60-year-old vulnerable man missing from the Town of East Gwillimbury.

Balbir Lasher was reported missing and last seen on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 when he left his residence in the area of Davis Drive, east of Warden Avenue. Further investigation has revealed that on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at approximately 6 p.m., he attended a residence in the area of Chinguacousy Road and Williams Parkway in the City of Brampton, and walked away from there a short time later. He has not returned to his home in East Gwillimbury and he has not been seen since.

Police are growing increasingly concerned for his well-being.

    •    Balbir Lasher
    •    Male, 60 years old
    •    5’7”, 180 lbs
    •    Medium build
    •    Brown eyes
    •    Last seen wearing the clothing in the surveillance image
