Investigators with the York Regional Police Hold-Up Unit are releasing surveillance video from a 2019 home invasion robbery and seeking public assistance to identify the suspects.

On Thursday, Oct. 17, 2019, York Regional Police were called to a residence on Colombo Crescent in the City of Vaughan for a report of a home invasion robbery. When officers arrived, they located a 26-year-old male victim who was suffering from multiple injuries after having been assaulted by the suspects. He was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening physical injuries.

Investigators believe that shortly before 3 a.m., four unknown men, all wearing masks, forced their way into the home through a garage door. The suspects went upstairs where the six occupants of the home were asleep. One of the victims confronted the suspects and he was pistol-whipped, knocked unconscious and bound with zip ties. The suspects then bound the five other occupants, demanding cash and jewelry and the victims complied. The suspects fled the area in multiple vehicles.

Investigators are releasing video of the home invasion and the suspect vehicles and are appealing to the public for any information that may assist with identifying the suspects.
