Suspect wanted following theft of donation box in Bradford

The box, collecting funds for sick children, was taken from a Holland Street restaurant last March

BRADFORD - South Simcoe Police Service officers are appealing to the public for help to identify a suspect following the theft of a donation box in Bradford.

The theft occurred on Saturday, March 16, 2019 around 11:55 p.m. at a restaurant on Holland Street East. The male suspect left the eatery with the donation box that contained a quantity of cash to benefit a foundation that supports sick children.

Suspect description:

Approximately 5'7"
Wearing jeans, work boots and a black hoodie with a crest on the left side of the chest

Police are releasing security camera images in the hope someone can identify the suspect.
