A Richmond Hill man was charged with careless driving following a three-vehicle collision in Bradford that sent six people to hospital.

On Sunday, Aug. 15, 2021, at approximately 9 p.m., the South Simcoe Police Service was called to a three-vehicle collision on Yonge Street near Line 9.  Upon arrival, police determined that a vehicle travelling westbound on Line 9 failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by a vehicle travelling northbound on Yonge. 

The second vehicle then collided with a southbound vehicle. Six people from two of the vehicles were transported to hospital with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening. 

As a result of the investigation, 24-year-old Anthony Santagada of Richmond Hill was charged with careless driving.
