UPDATE: Missing Markham woman safely located

The 77-year-old woman has been safely located, police report

UPDATE, DEC. 6: York Regional Police report that the missing vulnerable woman from Markham has been safely located.

A 77-year-old Markham woman is missing after she was last seen leaving church around noon on Sunday, Dec. 5. 

Kalipso Lioutas, who is considered vulnerable, was last seen when she left a church in the area of Warden Avenue and 19th Avenue in Markham. 

She is believed to be driving her grey Honda CRV with the Ontario license plate BKLJ 750. 

Lioutas didn't return home and family and York Regional Police have been unable to locate her. They are now appealing to the public for help. 

They said they are concerned for her well-being. 

She is a 77-year old, white female with brown neck-length hair and blue eyes. She is 5'5" tall and 180 pounds, with a medium build.
