Investigators with the York Regional Police #4 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking witnesses after a shooting that occurred outside a night club in the City of Vaughan.
On Sunday, Oct. 27, 2019, shortly before 2:30 a.m., York Regional Police were notified that a man had been admitted into hospital suffering from stab and gunshot wounds. The victim is expected to survive his injuries.
Investigation revealed that the victim, a 33-year-old man from the state of Texas, had been involved in an altercation with several males outside of a night club located at 4120 Steeles Ave. West. During the altercation, the victim was stabbed and shot.
Anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has information that may assist are asked to come forward.
