Investigators with the York Regional Police #4 District Criminal Investigations Bureau have charged a 33-year-old man and are seeking additional victims in connection with a voyeurism investigation.

In September 2018, an investigation began after police received information about a man who was believed to be sharing video taken of sexual encounters with women who did not appear to be aware they were being filmed.

Investigators learned that the accused operated an event-planning business Entourage Entertainment at 29-4370 Steeles Avenue West, in the City of Vaughan.

A search warrant was executed and officers located multiples disks and thumb drives of video that had been taken inside the business of sexual encounters. One of the victims was identified and confirmed that she was not aware she was being filmed or that the film had been shared online.

The accused was arrested on Sept. 18, 2018. Since that time, investigators have been attempting to identify and locate additional people shown in the videos to determine if they have been a victim of a crime. Investigators have exhausted all leads and are appealing for anyone who may have been a victim or anyone with information to please come forward.

Charged:

  • Nicola Nardella, 33, of the City of Toronto

Charge:

  • Voyeurism

The accused will be appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Newmarket on Jan. 24, 2019.
