Investigators with the York Regional Police York Regional Police Hold-Up Unit are seeking witnesses and four suspects following a home invasion in the City of Vaughan.
On Thursday, Oct. 17, 2019, at 3 a.m., York Regional Police were called to a residence on Colombo Crescent for a report of a home invasion.
When officers arrived they found a 26-year-old male victim suffering from minor injuries. Investigators believe that four men wearing masks forced their way into the home, two of them armed with guns.
The suspects tied up family members and stole jewellery and currency. The suspects then fled the residence.
Investigators are appealing to any witnesses, anyone with residential video surveillance or anyone driving in the area at the time who may have a dashcam, to please come forward.
