Provincial police say no one was seriously injured following several crashes involving 12 vehicles on Highway 400, Friday afternoon.
The collision happened on Highway 400 near Mapleview Drive in south-end Barrie.
Highway 400's southbound lanes were blocked at Mapleview, while tows were on the way to the scene to clear up the road. They expected to have all lanes opened by 2 p.m.
Snow plows were also being dispatched to the area.
