Second person dies from apartment fire in Collingwood, Ont.
COLLINGWOOD, Ont. — Provincial police say a second person has died following a fire in a Collingwood, Ont., apartment building. Police say 89-year-old Ruth Hall died in hospital and an autopsy found smoke inhalation was a contributing factor.
