Peacefully, in her own home of the past 63 years, on Saturday July 30, 2022.
Helena, cherished wife of the late Antony Kluczynski, and mother to Maria (Peter), Jon, Wayne (Diane), and the late Stanislav, Theresa, and Joseph.

Dear grandmother to Alex (Lynn), Alicia (Dayn), Payton (Cody), Sam, Sydney, and great grandmother to Ajay and Emilee.

As her family, caring for her at home, and present at her last breath, we were deeply grateful for the many services provided by Southlake Hospital, and it’s outreach programs, including palliative care.

A private family service will be held at Roadhouse and Rose.

Donations are not requested. The family will donate to Southlake Hospital in thanks for helping us to keep mom at home.
