Passed away peacefully at home on September 22, 2018 at 58 years of age. Beloved mother of Amanda Hammond. Proud grandmother Rylee Jefferson. Sister of Yvonne and John Hammond. Daughter if the late John and Jane Hammond. A celebration of life will be held at the Newmarket Veterans' Association, 406 Millard Ave, Newmarket on Friday October 5th from 5-9 p.m.
