It is with the greatest of sadness our father Anthony Carman Edmand has passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age 84. Anthony was a very dedicated Toronto Blue Jays, Toronto Maple Leaf’s and Green Bay Packers fan. Tony worked 30+ years for the Calgary Board of Education, and 25 years of weekends and the odd evenings at the Varsity Community Association as building engineer and custodian. Tony grew up in Newmarket, Ontario, where he started out as a farmer. Anthony was predeceased by his Father Andrew Carman Edmand and Mother Violet Betty Edmand. Tony will be missed by his wife Sharon, his children Dale (Lisa), Scott (Sarah), and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Tony has been cremated as per his wishes and his ashes entombed in Olds, Alberta. A celebration of life will follow later. Until we meet again.
