Passed away peacefully, on November 22, 2022 at age 83 surrounded by his family. Bob leaves behind Dawn-Ellen (nee Coker) who was his beloved wife of 61 years, his adored son Bruce (Helen), and cherished daughter Dana. He took great delight in being a grandfather to Brittany, Robert, Brandon (Shuke), and Sarah, all forever in his heart. Bob worked proudly as a North York firefighter, and was devoted to his job. To his amazing fellow firefighters - he always spoke of you with the highest regard and admiration. We wish to thank Dr. Liauw and all of the doctors, nursing staff, and community care teams at Southlake Hospital for their support and professionalism, Dr. L. Rotstein and the staff at Princess Margaret Hospital for their superlative care over the years, and Dr. D. Schachter and all at Dermatology on Bloor for providing constant, diligent treatment and vigilance. As per Bob’s wishes, there will be no services held.
