For this edition of Behind the Scenes, photographer Greg King visits Koa Natural Foods, the Newmarket company envisioned by founder and CEO Mariam Ekram on a morning jog more than eight years ago.
"I wanted to create a healthy snack with simple ingredients I could understand. And from that, Koa Natural Foods was born," she says on the company's website. "You deserve a life of health, prosperity, and love and I believe it all starts with how you treat your mind, body, and spirit."
