The Lavender Polo Farm covers 155 acres in the township of East Gwillimbury.

You can pick your own lavender, as well as enjoy weekly markets, events and performances, at the Lavender Polo Farm in East Gwillimbury.

The 155-acre farm, which opened last year, has more than 100,000 plants, including four different varieties of lavender, alongside other flowers, a news release states.

The facility also features weekly farmer/vendor markets, yoga sessions, performances and monthly events, with equestrian facilities and a family-friendly playground in the works.

The farm is available for bookings for private events and weddings.

"Lavender Polo offers the premier lavender farm experience in all of Ontario, our farm is the closest and largest available for customers in Toronto and the GTA," according to its website.

Lavender Polo Farm will again be partnering with local charities and non-profit organizations to fundraise and host events. In 2022, Lavender Polo Farm and TalkSuicide jointly hosted the annual Lavender Picking Festival, raising money and awareness for mental health in Canada.
