York Region Transit service changes take effect Nov. 4

Saturday and Sunday/holiday service to Canada’s Wonderland will be suspended until spring 2019

York Region Transit (YRT) service changes will begin Sunday, Nov. 4, 2018. These changes will result in some service enhancements and improved connections.

Highlights of route changes include:

  • Route 320 – Newmarket Beaver Creek Express will service the new Major Mackenzie Drive and Highway 404 Park ‘n’ Ride facility at platform 2
  • Route 760 – Vaughan Mills/Wonderland
    • Saturday and Sunday/Holiday service to Canada’s Wonderland will be suspended until spring 2019
    • Weekend service will match Vaughan Mills mall operating hours
    • Weekday service between Finch GO Bus Terminal and Vaughan Mills Terminal to match Vaughan Mills mall operating hours on Black Friday, Nov. 23 and from Monday, Dec. 17 to Friday, Dec. 21, 2018
  • Route 9 – 9th Line limited service to Eastern Gate Village will be discontinued
