York Region Transit changing, adding routes as of July 3

A new route offers limited stop service to Canada's Wonderland and Vaughan Mills Mall

York Region Transit (YRT) service changes will take effect on Sunday, July 3, 2022. Schedule and route changes are made to meet changing customer demand.

Service changes effective Sunday, July 3, 2022 include:

  • Route 720 – Highway 407 Terminal/Wonderland is a new limited stop service to bring travellers to Canada’s Wonderland and Vaughan Mills Mall 
  • Route 760 – Vaughan Mills/Wonderland will be adjusted to match hours of operation for Canada’s Wonderland and Vaughan Mills Mall, including weekday service 
  • Mobility On-Request Woodbridge will be adjusted to include additional stops in the service area; travellers may book their ride using the Mobility On-Request App available in the App Store or Google Play
  • Platform adjustments at Pioneer Village Terminal for Route 3 - Thornhill and Route 107/107B - Keele 

Many YRT services are operating regular service; however, due to the impacts of COVID-19, some services continue to be reduced or are not operating.

Travellers are encouraged to visit yrt.ca/servicechanges to review changes that may affect their travel plans.
