More COVID-19 vaccine appointments will be available to eligible residents at four York Region clinics beginning Wednesday, April 7.
The appointments can be booked for the Georgina Ice Palace, Trisan Centre in Schomberg, Richmond Green in Richmond Hill and at the Canada’s Wonderland drive-thru in Vaughan.
Eligible priority groups include residents aged 65 and older (born 1956 or earlier), highest, very high and high priority health care workers, Indigenous adults, faith leaders and adult recipients of chronic home care.
Starting Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 8:30 a.m., appointments can be booked on york.ca/COVID19Vaccine or by calling Access York at 1-877-464-9675.
At the Cornell Community Centre clinic in Markham, which is using the provincial booking system, York Region residents 60 years of age and older (born in 1956 or earlier) are now eligible to book appointments.
Appointments are required at all York Region vaccination clinics. Walk-in appointments are not available.
