Canadian Martyrs Catholic Elementary School in Newmarket will host a STREAM family engagement night on Monday, May 6 for its
school community.

The STREAM (science, technology, religion, engineering, arts and mathematics) event aims to spark a passion for STREAM subjects through activities and games for both students and their families.

Together, parents and children will explore, inspire, empower and educate themselves about how much fun STREAM can be, connect with other families, and learn easy and educational STREAM activities that can be done at home.

The school’s Catholic School Council is excited to see STREAM Night come alive with grants it obtained from the Ministry of Education's Parents Reaching Out (PRO) grant and the Canada Post Community Foundation.

The event takes place at Canadian Martyrs Catholic Elementary School, 170 London Rd., Newmarket, on Monday, May 6 at 7 p.m.
