The Town of Newmarket is advising that parts of McCaffrey Road will again be closed for construction work this Thursday, June 23.
The town said there would be temporary road closures from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Eagle Street to Rannie Road to perform capital road resurfacing works.
A detour will run from Eagle Street West to Crossland Gate, left on Alex Doner Drive, left on Brimson Drive down to McCaffrey.
Another detour will go from McCaffrey Road to Rannie Road, right on Rannie Road, left on Clearmeadow Boulevard down to Yonge Street.
The road is getting resurfaced as part of a major construction project in the area this summer, which includes repairing curbs and sidewalks. The same part of the road was closed for the construction June 8.
