York Region Community and Health Services, Health Protection Division, reports the following CLOSURE(S)** under the Food Premises Regulation 493/17 of the Health Protection and Promotion Act for the period between Monday, May 13 to Sunday, May 19, 2019.

Offence(s):
  • The food premise is operated in a manner permitting a health hazard.
