York Region Community and Health Services, Health Protection Division, reports the following closure(s)** under the Food Premises Regulation 493/17 of the Health Protection and Promotion Act for the period between Monday, April 8, 2019 to Sunday, April 14, 2019.

Offence(s):
  • The owner/operator failed to provide adequate protection against the entrance of insects, vermin, or rodents.
