Krystal Jackman of Sutton West is $75,000 richer after winning with Instant Lucky Lines (Game #2250).

Krystal, a 36-year-old mother of three, said this ticket caught her eye. “Something just told me to buy that ticket,” she shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings. “At first I thought I scratched the wrong area. When I realized it was correct, I was more shocked than anything!”

Krystal plans to put her winnings toward her children’s education and invest. “It feels really nice to win!”

OLG is booking in-person prize claim appointments at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto. As there are limited appointments, we strongly encourage those who claims between $1,000 and $49,999.90 to submit their claims online or mail them. Submitting claims online is fast, secure and enables OLG to process the claim in a timely manner. Customers with prizes over $50,000 are asked to call 1-800-387-0098 to discuss available prize claim options.
