Saying 'yes' to Encore paid off for Adam Stesco of Aurora. He matched the last six of seven Encore numbers in the exact order in the Oct. 14, 2022 Lotto Max draw to win $100,000!

Stesco, 37, says he has been playing the lottery regularly for two years and always adds Encore.

“When I checked my ticket on the OLG App, I saw ‘Congratulations – Big Winner,’” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto. "I never saw that before, so I restarted my phone to check again. After the fourth or fifth time scanning it, I realized I actually did win $100,000.”

Stesco says he called his family to share the news. "Everyone was so shocked and happy for me," he smiled. "It almost feels like I am floating on air. It’s a rush – this whole experience is very special. It’s hard to explain.”

He plans to pay some bills, make some investments and treat himself to a trip to Europe to explore and adventure.

Encore offers 22 ways to win and can be played in conjunction with most lottery games for an extra $1. There is an Encore draw every day.
