York Region Community and Health Services, Health Protection Division, reports the following CLOSURE(S)** under the Food Premises Regulation 493/17 of the Health Protection and Promotion Act for the period between Monday, Aug. 12, 2019 to Sunday, Aug. 18, 2019.

Bombay Bhel 
Address: 230 Commerce Valley Dr., Markham
Offence(s):
  • Owner/operator failed to maintain the food premises in a clean and sanitary condition
  • Owner/operator failed to provide adequate protection against the entrance of insects, vermin, or rodents
