An employee at a McDonald's in Newmarket has been confirmed positive with COVID-19.
The employee last worked at the restaurant at 1100 Davis Dr. on April 6, according to a report on the McDonald's corporate website on April 7.
McDonald's reports confirmed employee COVID-19 cases when they result in a temporary closure of a restaurant for cleaning and sanitization by a certified third-party company.
