Author, bereaved mother shares her story, gives inspiration to live with hope

Bereaved Families of Ontario – York Region is hosting the Gwendolyn Broadmore, author of LIfe Came to a Standstill, in its free speaker series Monday, April 11

Author Gwendolyn Broadmore is the featured speaker for Inspiration, Hope and Healing Through Writing in Bereaved Families of Ontario – York Region's speaker series Monday, April 11.

As a bereaved mother and direct support volunteer for BFOYR, Gwen has found writing to be a positive, healing way to help herself while reaching out to others, as well.

Her book, Life Came to A Standstill, offers a road map of how to cope with the anguish of traumatic, unexpected loss, while giving inspiration for continuing to live with hope.

The author will share some of her personal journey and do a short reading, question and answer session and book signing.
