York Region Community and Health Services, Health Protection Division, reports the following CHARGE(S)** under the Food Premises Regulation 493/17 of the Health Protection and Promotion Act for the period between Monday, Nov. 4, 2019 to Sunday, Nov. 10, 2019.

  • Food premise maintained in manner adversely affecting sanitary operation
  • Fail to protect against breeding of pests
