I am shocked that with active police and media activity this story did not get publicity earlier. And I am even more disappointed that the names of the thoughtless parents is not disclosed. I realize the importance of protecting the children involved, but that does not overcome the damage to other children and families in our community.
The community deserves to know which members are so thoughtless.
Some kingdoms banished citizens for such behaviour. I wonder which countries would take them in.
