Today, there will be flurries; and local snow squalls. The wind blow northwestward at 30 km/h and gust up to 50 km/h causing the settled snow to blow around in the air in addition to the squalls and flurries. The total snowfall is expected to amount to anywhere between 5 and 10 cm of snowfall.
The daytime high is forecasted to reach -2°C, and the temperature will fall to -7°C in the afternoon. The wind chill, however, will bring the temperature down to -8°C in the morning, then to -15°C in the afternoon with the UV index staying at 1 or low throughout the day.
Tonight, the skies will be clear except for frequent cloudy periods with a 40 per cent chance of flurries.
The overnight low is expected to reach -15°C.
