  • 20,983 resolved, 77.1 per cent of cases
  • 18,525 more tests completed, with 13,351 awaiting results

Institutional Outbreaks

  • 300 (+2) outbreaks at long-term care homes, 190 active
  • 140 (+2) outbreaks at retirement homes, 91 active
  • 84 outbreaks at hospitals, 48 active
  • 1,412 long-term care resident deaths; 5 health-care workers
  • 135 deaths at retirement homes
  • 66 deaths at hospitals
  • 4,989 cases are long-term care residents; 351 hospital patients
  • 4,634 cases, or 17 per cent, are health-care workers
