The First Home Savings Account will be available sometime after April 1st 2023.

The FHSA introduced by the Canadian Government in 2022 is meant to help first time buyers save a down payment for a new home.

There are some rules and guidelines for this account:
You must be a Canadian resident
At least 18 years old and
A first-time homebuyer.
