NewmarketToday, in partnership with the Ontario SPCA Provincial Education & Animal Centre, brings you a regular feature highlighting special pets in need of adoption.

Who needs a personal trainer when you have a Pishi?

Looking for a companion to keep you active and committed to your new year’s fitness goals? Weighing in at 2.5 kg, the tiny but mighty Pishi will keep you moving.

This two-year-old female, domestic shorthair cat with a bossy personality is currently available for adoption at the Ontario SPCA Provincial Education & Animal Centre. Pishi knows the purr-fect time to snuggle and when it’s time to move. She is extremely affectionate, but too much sitting around will have her demonstrating her martial art skills.

Pishi would love a home with someone who wants a companion by their side during their daily routines, but is also ready to get out the cat toys when Pishi wants her workout. She is best suited to a home without young children or other cats where she can demand your full attention.

Please help us find Pishi a home by sharing her story. If you are interested in adopting her, or want to learn more about adoptions at the Ontario SPCA Provincial Education & Animal Centre in Stouffville, visit www.peac.ontariospca.ca or call 905-898-7122, ext. 306.
